Vernon D. Burch was born on July 28, 1955 in Washington, DC, and resided in Silver Spring, MD. Vernon entered eternal rest on September 21, 2022. He was preceded in death by his loving daughters, a wife, grandchildren and two great grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
Read MoreI met Vernon in 1970. My group was on the same show as his in NY. The musicians didn´t show up for my group but Vernon and his group The Barkays volunteered to backup for my group.
