Dear Mrs. Neff, Bill & Nancy & family,
We were saddened to hear of Vernon passing. Very glad we got to witness over the 30+ years his love of the land and the love of his family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Although Chris and I can't make visitation as we are working. I'm sure we will be speaking over the summer and coming years. Memories will get you through.
