I would just like to salute Mrs. Vertie Scott, as a worker in District 186, I watched Mrs. Scott raise many children from all walks of life. Mrs. Scott had a way with children that I would call a gift from God. Thank you for always being a phone call away. It was good to see a women live by the old rules of life" It takes a village to raise a child". I salute you for a job well done.

I am truly going to miss you "Priscilla" that was what I named you because you could never remember my name and called me "Angie". People used to look at us like that's not their names but it was our little joke. To God be the glory! He is getting a fun and energetic woman in heaven!
Love you Dtr. Kim Wilson aka "Angie"

After we moved away I visited her a couple of times in my late teenage years & she still treated me like her own. A couple or so decades later when I transferred to dayshift at my current...
