met vic at presentation... he was a good man.. worked with my father on the fire department.. dad just passed on 7/19/2024 at 95 years.. enjoyed meeting vic at the white castle on white bear ave. many times for coffee and a bite early Sunday mornings.. he was a historian and a man to emulate , dedicated man with Christ as his passion and quide. rest in his glory.

Vic was a good neighbor and a nice man. I will miss our many pleasant conversations. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Father, thank You, for my Dad and Mom, I'm missing them tremendously, but blessed that they're with You. There is no better place.

To my childhood neighbor siblings, I wanted to send my heartfelt thoughts and prayers your way. As you all know, your dad played a significant role in the Nemetz kids' lives. We can't help but bring up Mr. Baller when reminiscing about our childhood on E. Nebraska. I'm so happy that I got to visit with Vic on several trips to Minnesota.
I have fun memories of how you owned the road driving us to Olive Garden and in showing us your garden. Glad our your Alaskan great-grandkids got to meet you this summer.
