Not sure what to say?

I can not remember a time when I didn´t know Vic. He was fun, nice to me, at that time I was a shy girl with a speech impediment, and even pushed me on the huge circular merry go round that dominated our play ground at Hough Street school. My fond memories continue through high school when we double dated, laughed and enjoyed life. Vic was a smart, compassionate, kind person. Anyone who knew Vic will always have fond memories. I know his family is still feeling the loss.

Rats! Always a blow when one of my childhood friends and heroes leaves us. Vic, I have not seen you in many years but you are a big part of my memories growing up. I sat next to you in 3rd grade, visited you at your house on Hillside many times, sat next to you in Sophomore English, and some of the sports teams
Here is a little known fact (even Vic did not know this). This is a tale of Vic's pre legacy and what contributed to his ethics, values and successes.
Before Vic and I...

Vic was always kind to the Showers Family as we all were growing up and of course he was great friends with my brother Gary. God please bless Victor & his Family. May he Rest In Peace.

Vic, or Scrapes as he was affectionately known, was a wonderful friend and teammate He was responsible for encouraging me to date my wife. He sang Maria in our high school play, West Side Story. I worked for his dad in the summer, while he worked for a company spraying mosquitoes at night. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family

Best shortstop that ever played the game of baseball or softball, also 3rd best garbage man there ever was,,,,rest in peace, classmate, friend and fellow Bronco.

I believe Vic was always in my life kindergarten through high school. He was just always there for all his friends. I loved all the Thunderbirds and have tried to keep in touch with them all over the years.
I can’t imagine anything but the very best husband, father, son and especially grandfather. Good bye Vic. You were a very good person. I am so sorry for the family you left behind. But your love will be there always in their hearts.
