My sympathy to Marguerite and the children. We were next door neighbors on Christopher Court in El Sobrante when our kids were in grade school. I remember his sense of humor and dedication to his profession.

My deepest sympathies to the Lammers Family - you have been a great friend to my father, Frank Felch for many many years. You took over the old Felch ranch, and kept the property in one piece, and for that the entire Felch family is grateful. I know you will be missed by all that knew you. We will keep your family in our prayers.........

It was a great pleasure to work on building projects for Victor. He was a wonderful man. We are very sad to hear of his passing.

My deepest condolences to the family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew Victor for 40 years. A wonderful man! I will miss his keen sense of humor.
