I grew up playing sports with Victor. He was a great athlete and friend. I first met him at Hardy Playground. Victor loved music and live music shows. He had a great autograph collection of film stars, musicians, and sports stars. R.I.P. Victor, you are missed. My condolences to the Silva family.

Victor taught me more about music than anyone. We listened to music and he was a funny and kind friend. He took me to the Newport Jazz and Blues festival on year and got me through some dark times. I haven't seen him in many years. RIP gentle friend.

Thanks Victor for all the fun and laughs. You could make anyone laugh and i do enjoyed your company. RIP

Vic was a great friend in my younger days and although we hadn´t seen each other in years he will be missed.
