I remember Mr. Miceli as a quiet man who was always very polite and easygoing. People like him we need more of and I'm sure he inspired others to be good and polite as he did me. Missed, but remembered by this man. John Hill

The funeral Mass this morning was beautiful and to see his family together was inspiring. The love for him by them was something to see. The resurrection figure set on the Urn really caught my eye. We were childhood friends growing up, we on Division St. and he just around the corner on Woodbridge St. My brother Tony and our cousin Reese Caruso would try to out rassle him to the ground but to no success. His knee would make such a loud crack as he kneeled in St. Mary's Church before going...

Nonno, I miss you more than words can say. You were always around as I grew up. I know I spent much more time with you and grandma than I did mom and dad! All my photos have either you and grandma in them, or I am at your house doing something! :) But they were the greatest times. My Dad was born to Sicilian immigrants in 1926 right here in New London. He grew up during the great depression which might explain why Dad was a master Jerry rigger, tape and hose clamps were always around. It's hard to find any of his rakes, brooms or shovels without some type of repair.
