I am sorry to hear about Vince. I always enjoyed being with yal. I will never forget when you came and stayed with the kids and I sure enjoyed the week. He always was happy to see us and made me feel so good he was such a caring and loving person. We know he is in a better place and watching over us. Love you bunches

Loraine and family,
My thoughts and prayers were with you in these past difficult days, and I was so disappointed I could not make it to share this time with you. You both have always had a special place in my heart and have had such a testimony to everyone in our family. I look forward to seeing you some day when we are praising God and feeling better than we've ever felt before. Your lives have been a ministry to me and all those that knew you. THANK YOU!!
In His love,

Our Love and Sympathy to you Loraine, and also the family. We will never forget when we first met you two, the Bible studies in your home, and you Loraine, my first prayer partner. You and Vint will always hold a special place in our hearts. He will be missed by many. Gods Blessings and comfort in the days ahead.

Our family will miss Vint, especially Jenna. While we all will miss his cheerful smile and warm hugs he touched a special place with Jenna reserved only for a Grandfather. He blessed us many times with words of wisdom and advice that we will always treasure, and that smile... that we will never forget.

Vint and Loraine took me under their wing when I was just a neighbor kid of theirs who walked to their church. Countless Sundays I would sit in the pew with them during church and many, many Sundays they would invite me out to lunch with them. The two of them began my journey as a Christian and I've never forgotten that.

Loraine...you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so very thankful we were able to reconnect this year and that I was able to thank Vint in my letter for being...

Show those pearly whites! October 26, 2007

There's that smile we know and love! Just had to share this from October 26, 2007. (left to right) Aunt Loraine, Kyra the Triceratops, Kris and Uncle “V.” Can't believe how much we are going to MISS you...

I can't tell you how much I am going to miss Vince. I don't think I ever remember a time where Vince didn't have a smile. Even towards the end when you know he wasn't feeling too well. You could always count on a smile, hug, and an encouraging word from him. He had a smile like he was always up to something, and usually he was. He loved to laugh and joke around, but he was very serious when it came down to people needing to know the Lord. I was blessed to have him in my bible study for a...

Mrs. Metzger, Marcene and Family,
I was saddened by the news of Vinton's passing. Your family has a special place in my heart and I am ever so greatful for the positive influence you had on my early years in Camp Fire. My heart goes out to all of you during this time. My family and I will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. May God continue to shine his light upon you all and keep you safe.
