Hi Dad , I already miss going downstairs to your apartment for my daily visit with you. You always greeted me with a big smile and thanked me for stopping in to see you. You were such a gentleman ! I don't think I ever heard you say an unkind word about anybody . Your elegant style and great sense of humor were gifts that you gave the world and our family. We will miss you always but know that you are finally with "the blonde" and Yvonne up in Heaven. I love you, Moira

Papa Vin, where do i start... he has been like a father to me for almost seven years. Although I was the one taking care of him, he has blessed me and my wife more with his kindness and love. He will always be in our memories, always be remembered. He has shared countless happy moments, we will always remember him singing his favorite tune " tea for two, for me and you.." or sometimes while waiting for his breakfast , he'll burst out " ...no bananas today!" We will remember his voracious...

At 13 years old, I had to write my high school admissions application on the person I admire, and I wrote about you. Your incredible resilient attitude after Granny Dots, your wife of 50 years died, struck me. By the way, I ended up being accepted to that high school so you were a good person to choose for my essay!

Your saying "See you on campus" you would say to me and to all of us with whom you chatted. I remember you always read a lot of hard back books...
