Walter A. Appelle, a two year resident of Wappingers Falls and formerly of Yonkers, died April 27, 2000 at Vassar Hospital. Mr. Appelle was a Teamster with Local Teamsters Union 456, Elmsford for 20 years, retiring in 1983. Walter was also retired Chief Petty Officer with the United States Navy...
