Walter Dittmar

Walter Dittmar was a soldier's soldier and commanded the respect of all who he came in to contact with. He was ramrod straight and STRAC from head to toe, but always wore a big smile that said, "this is serious business, but you have to maintain a sense of humor". The NCO courses I took under his instruction in the 80s helped me immeasurably during my military career. God bless you Gloria and your family.
