To the Eley Family,
Mr. Eley made such a mark in the Ettrick area. He would always have a joke and a smile for us when we entered the store. I always asked how he was doing and hoped he would return to visit us. He will be missed! They don't make store owners like him anymore!

My condolences to the Family. Walter was a good person. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts are with you.

Early last summer I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting Walter Eley. I will always remember “Walt” as one of those unique people, rarely encountered in life that leaves an impression on us that we will carry forever. His love for his family, friends, and neighbors was clearly evident to me in the short time I spent around him. His quick wit allowed him to crack a joke putting even the most timid of people at ease, while his life experiences surely afforded him wisdom to make sound business...

Rae and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Know that God will comfort you as Walt walks with Him.
