Not sure what to say?

To Margaret Mary,
You came to mind this evening. I searched you on the internet and this web site came up. Margaret Mary, I am so sorry to hear about Walter. I send you prayers with love, strength and old friendship, Lynn ('72)

To the Fitzgerald Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss, I was one of Walt's students @ COOP, he is my hero. If it was not for him, I don't know where I would be today, he pointed me in the direction and never gave up on me. I will never forget his intoxicating laugh and all the advice he's given me that I will take with me always. I will never forget you Walt and everything you've done for me. You saved me and will always be in my heart

Margaret Mary I am very sorry about your loss

Dear Margaret Mary,
I just recently heard about Walter's passing and wanted to express my deepest sympathies. I had many enjoyable lunches with Walter at the former Andrew Warde High School where we were teaching colleagues. He had a great sense of humor and we had many laughs together. His Co-op students loved him. It has been 11 years since I have left Farifeld and CT and moved on to another chapter in my life but will always remember my years at Andrew Warde.

Sincerely,

Dear Margaret Mary and Family,
I am truly sorry for your loss of Walter. He was an amazing man, and a great role model for me and the other students of coop. He was always there for me when others were not, and for that I will always thank him. I would just like to say to Margaret Mary that he truly loved you, and you were his world..I am sure you already knew that:). I hope to find a love like that one day. I will never forget Walter and the things he has done and taught me. You are all...

Dear Margaret Mary and family, When we were kids Walter was like a part of our family, although we might not have seen each other often in recent years, my fond memories of "Our Dear Walter" will remain forever in my heart.

Rest in Peace Sweet Walter

MMF,
I am so deeply saddened for you and your family. Both you and Walter have had such an amazing effect on the lives of the children of Fairfield. Walter's dedication to his students was outstanding and he will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you...

To Margaret Mary and to the entire Fitzgerald family we extend our deepest sympathies. We have fond memories of "coach" Fitzie and we pray that all of your wonderful memories will sustain you and comfort you during this sad time. May God bless all of you.
