I met Walter in January of 2015 when I bought his house on Bentway Dr. The home is a warm and special place for me and my family. He was kind and generous, and I wish I had spent more time with him. My best to Jane and the boys and family.

It was heart breaking to hear of his passing. I met Dr. Grubb through my mother, Hazel Sanders. He was so supportive for me when she passed and always checked on us. Will be truly missed.

Walt was a friend to all who knew him. He will be missed. Rest well, my friend.
