We are truly saddened to learn of the loss of Walter and our prayers and thoughts are with all of the family during this difficult time. We knew Walter for many years and hold fond memories of days in Rio Grande City during our "young" days. I remember Walter's laugh and how he was always a happy go lucky guy.
