My name is John Hylas Smith. Dr. Jones befriended me when I attended McPherson College. He showed me an appreciation for the international community and the finer things in life. When I was short on funds while attending college, Dr. Jones employed me as a gardener and handyman. He was kind, intelligent, and tolerant of all peoples.
