We will ALL miss Randy , for he was a fun,easy going kinda guy. He just came by the house one day last month to just say hello to my Grandma an visit a minute he said while he was in town.It was good to see him and hang out a bit.

I’m sorry to know that Randy has passed away. I hadn’t seen him in a while but, I will always remember him as a friend with such an easy going personality and someone who could cook awesome bbq. Those were good times. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. My prayers go out to Brooke and his mother, Bettie.

I am very saddened to hear about my dear friend, Randy. All the Utter family, especially his mother Mrs. Utter, and sister Glenda and are in my prayers that Randy's love, loyalty, and wonderful memories will help ease the tremendous pain you have during this uneasy time. Randy's great personality and natural innocent charm touched many hearts in his lifetime. This will live on in each and every one of us. Randy lived fast and died young. He will live in our hearts forever. We will miss his all hour calls to let us know a concert is coming to town or just to share a new joke he had just heard. Its been a long time since Ive talked 2 Randy.I remember him when we were kids growing up in Houston.He was a real fun kind of guy.Always smiling.We love u Randy.

I've known Randy my whole life. Remembering him riding on a motorcycle with a leg cast and a goofy smile, swinging from the trees in Austin and cracking his noggin'. I will always have fond memories of Randy. I am sorry for his loss and wish the best to his family.
