We will ALL miss Randy , for he was a fun, easy going kinda guy. He just came by the house one day last month to just say hello to my Grandma an visit a minute he said while he was in town.It was good to see him and hang out a bit.
I've had the pleasure of knowing Randy Utter all my life. Him and all his friends grew up an went to school with my Aunt Tracy since grade school so he was at the house all the time when I was growing up. Randy could get a little wild sometimes but anyone that had the Pleasure of knowing Randy know, that was just Randy. He loved to joke around with us growing up but he was alway's like a big brother to my little brother Bubba & I , all of us growing up on Dismuke St. I sure miss those Good Ol'Day's.I can still see Randy walking up to Sam's with his long black hair, shirt off/with shorts on an maybe some flipflop's on, an that patch of hair on his back ,lookin like a birth mark,He loved to laugh an was fun to be around . He was one of a kind & I will never forget the goodtimes we shared over the years. God Bless You Randy,Love You Bro & I'm gonna Miss You ... May You Be At Peace..... My Preyer's go out to Mrs.Utter/Glenda & Family.
Sincerely,
Booth Family

I’m sorry to know that Randy has passed away. I hadn’t seen him in a while but, I will always remember him as a friend with such an easy going personality and someone who could cook awesome bbq. Those were good times. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. My prayers go out to Brooke and his mother, Bettie.

I am very saddened to hear about my dear friend, Randy. All the Utter family, especially his mother Mrs. Utter, and sister Glenda and are in my prayers that Randy's love, loyalty, and wonderful memories will help ease the tremendous pain you have during this uneasy time. Randy's great personality and natural innocent charm touched many hearts in his lifetime. This will live on in each and every one of us. He and I had a lot of fun times together, growing up on Telephone Rd. I miss him, already.
God bless.

Randy lived fast and died young. He will live in our hearts forever. We will miss his all hour calls to let us know a concert is coming to town or just to share a new joke he had just heard. We were blessed to know Randy in good times and bad. Everyday we will live a memory of Randy. We will laugh or we may cry but we will always remember his words of wisdom “don’t worry, it will be OK”
Ms. Utter and Brooke your son and father was a special man that spoke often of his love for the both of you. Please let the sunshine over you as bright as his cheerful or goofy smile which ever fits the day.
Randy we will always love you.

I've known Randy my whole life. Remembering him riding on a motorcycle with a leg cast and a goofy smile, swinging from the trees in Austin and cracking his noggin'. I will always have fond memories of Randy. I am sorry for his loss and wish the best to his family.
