Wanda Lee Bean

I met Wanda when I became a member of the old Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC), which was the association of Topeka's Neighborhood Improvement Associations (NIAs) before the current Citizens Advisory Council (CAC). Wanda represented the Central Highland Park NIA. I represented the Tennessee Town NIA. I came to know Wanda as a sweet soul who did not suffer fools gladly.
