He is survived by his wife, Helen Partain.
Funeral is at 1 p.m. Friday at Collier-Butler Chapel. Burial is at Crestwood Cemetery.

Warner has been our winter neighbor since 2001 in Sun City Center. He was always such a friendly person and a great neighbor. He adored his Family and was a loving, caring person to all. God Bless Him

warner was one of our first dear friends in SCC, fl who we enjoyed visiting often...he would invite us to pop in anytime to visit he & wife helen...and stay as long as we could !!!! he was a gentle soul and a delite to spend time with !!! he will truely be missed but we are soooo very thankful for good times, memories and that he is safe now in the arms of Jesus !!!!! love, hugs, and prayers to his whole family!!!! bruce & nancy kimball
