Not sure what to say?

Can't believe he's gone. Was so looking forward to the next time he was in Napa from New Zealand to share a round of golf. He was a great client and friend. I always enjoyed our visits with such a fun and jovial guy.

Warren worked tirelessly to save agricultural land in Napa and across the state; as an elected official and professionally as Executive Officer. Yet with all his accomplishments, he never lost focus on family and friends. Warren was a bundle of life! When someone this special passes, there's a hole left in our hearts where he touched us. Much sympathy to Maritza and family. Certainly Warren is watching over all of you. I like to think of him healthy and laughing with Mike Gotch and Steve...

This is just the saddest news. My heart goes out to you all. Warren was such a very dear man. Maritza, my deepest sympathy for you and your family. I send you warm hugs and hope I might see you sometime soon when you are in Napa. Pat

Warren was a longtime friend and classmate at California State, University, Chico. We took a few geography classes together, including an internship as we were both in the regional and community planning program. Warren became a planner whereas I went in another direction. We continued to stay in touch over the years and shared many good times reminiscing about our...

An unusual kind and fun-loving man is gone missing. He devoted many of his days in service to others as a husband, father, financial advisor, councilman, mayor, supporter of numerous causes and friend. We are missing his jovial, laughter-filled presence in our lives.

Rest in Peace friend.

So, I guess Warren knew more than one "Mike Mitchell"! I thought I was the only one (LOL). Warren and I worked together...he in Financial Planning and me as a Mortgage Broker. I would help anyone of his clients if needed and he would do the same for my clients. We played golf and always had the needle out for each other...pure fun! We partied together and may I say, we were very good at it! At least, we convinced ourselves as such. Warren had a lot to offer on this earth and my belief...

I will never forget the man who got my so silent husband to chat for 1/2 an hour in a supermarket and the friendship we formed starting then. Such a privilege to have known you and had a part in caring for you. Much love Gaylene.

So sorry for your loss. We have such fond memories of Warren´s contagious laughter, truly one of the nicest people we´ve ever known.
