Not sure what to say?

From a neighbor of Warren's at a 2024 class reunion I just learned of Warrens passing. Warren was a friend from Gridley High School. Now the rest of the story. My sister and Warren dated while she was in college in the early 1960's. Both married other friends and raised families. I am so very sorry with the loss of Warren. When we came down to Cali he was so very nice to me, so pleasant and so kind. The last time I saw him was at Myrna lee´s service. We stopped by the hospital on our way to the airport. I loved that he still called to check on us, see how we were and just to catch up and talk model T´s. I am truly grateful we met. I served with Warren on the Live Oak School District Board of Trustees for a number of years. I always enjoyed his warm and friendly demeanor and of course his smile and twinkle in his eyes. He truly was a gentleman! May he rest in peace. Tom Heenan

To the family of Warren Riley. I knew your wonderful father through the Yuba City Moose Lodge and never met a finer gentleman. I know your memories of him will help you at this difficult time. My sincerest sympathy!

Warren was always been such a nice person and such a gentleman. He was always so pleasant with a wonderful personality. He will be missed by many. We´ll see you down the road. R.I.P. Warren. Sending prayers to family and friends. Sincerely, Sharon Schmidl-Thompson
