The news of Wayne Armstrong passing is a tremendous shock to me and my family. My condolences to Chase and the Armstrong Family.
I met Wayne in during the construction of the City of Sherman Water treatment plant. We hired Wayne to assist several Journeymen with the construction of the plant. I wish to offer my deepest sorrows on Wayne's passing. He was hired 2 weeks after I was with Ionics (GE) and we worked together off and on for several years and always had a good time working together. He will be greatly missed. See ya, Wayne
