Not sure what to say?

I knew not of Mr Wayne Douglas except thru his son Richard (BinK) Douglas who served in the U.S.Navy aboard the same Navy Destroyer I did. That wise guy! The coolist grandpa in the world! The man with iron grip! That is what I would say to him every time I saw him, then I would reach around and pinch him on the tooch. He shared alot of wisdom with everyone. He taught me to cook, garden, and took me on lots of wild camping trips. He was my friend.I will miss him, but how can I not smile every time I think of him,for he was a funny and special man.I will miss you gramps.

We have such wondeful memories of Uncle Wayne. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Annette, Bill and family.

My Tenacious Grandfather, you will be missed! I only hope I can live as long, keeping my wit and intelligence intact as you were able to do. Love always, your grand-daughter, Jenny (fellow lover of the High Sierras), daughter of Richard and Dorothy Douglas

Our deepest sympathy to Aunt Florence and all our cousins. Our favorite uncle will be greatly missed. Love, Janice & Jim Boyle
