Not sure what to say?

To the Lednar family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear about Wayne's passing. As a medical director colleague, who I had known for many years, he was a valued colleague and genuine person. We recently shared a dinner table at the medical's director's forum meeting. My daughter had also accompanied me and met him for the first time. As was the case with everyone that he had met, he left an impression with my daughter.
I wanted to send a sympathy card also but didn't have...

To the Lednar Family,

I had the opportunity to get to know Wayne over many years as colleagues in occupational medicine and through ACOEM. Wayne will not only be missed by your family but by his many colleagues in occupational medicine as well. My heartfelt condolences for your loss.

To the Lednar Family,

I have worked with Wayne over many years covering his time at Kodak and DuPont. Always highly respected by his peers, Wayne brought valued ideas and experience to discussions at medical meetings. Wayne has been an active participant in Medical Directors Forum and we just had a meeting  last month in Miami. Wayne sat next to my (college senior) daughter Julia and me at a dinner and was sharing great stories and offering job leads for her.  He always spoke about...

Dear Mrs. Lednar and Family,

I had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Wayne during his years at Kodak. He was a good and honorable man and I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May all the good he did and people he touched give you comfort.

He was a mentor and role model who led many colleagues into fulfilling professional lives. He complemented that with his character, energy, warmth, patriotism, and the love of his family. Though I did not see him frequently in recent years, his periodic e-mails always communicated a...

To Sue, Allison, Bryce and Paige, our thoughts and prayers are with you... We are so terribly saddened by this news.

To Wayne's family,

I was fortunate enough to have had the oleasure of working with him with the 817th Evac Hospital and the 7207th IMSU in the USAR. He was a compassionate and gifted leader and I learned much from him. I am shocked and saddened by his sudden loss. My condolences to you. He will be warmly remembered by all who knew him.

To Wayne's family, I had the pleasure to work with Wayne while he was just starting at DuPont. I enjoyed his smile and his unique way of looking at things. Thank you for sharing a picture that captures that smile. Happy memories are sure to sustain. I will keep you in my prayers.
