Not sure what to say?

Our deepest sympathy to Wayne's family including Wayne's sister, Mary Lou and her two sons, Sean & Reilly. My husband, David and my father-in-law, Michael Astill had the priviledge of working along side of Wayne at various schools including PJPII. I,myself, had the priviledge of knowing Wayne's sister, Mary Lou and her two sons, Sean & Reilly while they were living in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. I grew up across the street from his two wonderful nephews and also had the opportunity to babysit...

My sincere sympathy to Gail and the entire family for Wayne's sudden passing. May cherished memories live on in each of you, and may you find comfort and strength in the days ahead.

Bob, Ginny and the entire family. Our deepest condolences on your recent loss. We are thinking of you. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Please accept our deepest condolences for the demise of Wayne. He was a tireless worker for his beliefs and gave much to the Basilian institutions that a lot of us belonged to. The speed of his demise was shocking and we hope that the family is finding the strength to accept this.
Sincerely

I got to know Wayne in the mid '60s. The high point of our friendship came in the summer of '67.
Five Basilian scholastics ran a settlrment house in the heart of Gary, Indiana. I always admired Wayne for his high integrity and always putting people first,

My condolences to Gail and the entire family on the loss of a much loved husband, father, grandfather and friend. I was overwhelmed at the sudden loss and hope everyone will keep in mind his legacy and life achievements while dealing with their grief.

Johanna, sorry to hear of the loss of your dad (Wayne). My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family during this difficult time.

Wayne was a lovely man, kind, gentle, strong and wise. It was a pleasure and a privilege to know him. May God bless his family and sustain them in their great loss.
