Not sure what to say?

Wayne was a fellow member of our Thursday morning Bible study at Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church. He was a great friend and someone you could count and depend on for what ever he said. A great man of God who is finally in the manifest presence of Jesus. Condolences to Jo with God's blessings, peace and strength.

Wayne and I shared an office (known as the fish bowl) when we were teachers in Bamberg in the 50's. On of his first classes was made up of senior NCOs who let Wayne know that they all greatly outranked him. He very firmly informed them that in the classroom he was in command! They obeyed and like all who met him became good friends. They nick-named him "our little Colonel". What a guy! What a privilege it was to know him and be his friend!

Remembering our years of friendship as Lambda Chi fraternity brothers.

I met Wayne in 1956 at a college mixer and became friends . A great guy. A teammate, frat brother and someone you could depend on. Lost track after graduation but not forgotten. I am sure he will be missed greatly by family and friends. We did have many happy moments in college.

I have known Wayne since we were youngsters in Evansville. We played basketball together at Evansville Central, and we were counselors in the same cabin at Camp Carson in Princeton, IN. He was a very good athlete and one of my best friends.
So sorry for your loss.
