WC "DUB" NIX Jr.

So very sorry to hear the passing of this wonderful man. I met Dub and his lovely wife when I listed one of his buildings in Sherman. He was delightful and I loved seeing him as Santa. He will always be remembered.

I worked with Dub for years in the electrical industry and soon realized he was an icon of the industry. In addition, we spent time together watching my children and his children participate in various sporting events. He was a legend in his Santa Claus suit every Christmas as he visited nursing homes and retirement homes in the area bringing joy to everyone he encountered. My kids only knew him as Santa Clause! He and Carolyn would drive up in an old roadster type vehicle every Christmas. He would be carrying jingle bells and had a sack of goodies for the kids. Seeing our children´s eyes was priceless! Dub did this many years for our family, and we will cherish those memories forever. Tommy and Sandy Cook
