Not sure what to say?

dear vedder family my name is todd brown i am so sorry for your lost he great man

To the Vedder Family, A Google search for the former Schuyler Prep led me to this. I was one of Wenty's teachers at Schuyler in the 70's. He was one of my best students in English class and a frequent winner at tennis. I also lived with him in the dorm where he always took a leadership role. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

oh Carol, this is Marilyn. I am so sorry to learn of this! I had no idea...I was breezing thru Google search and typed you in, and this. Oh I am SO sorry, I just mailed a Christmas card to you both...I will be in touch, my love you you and the kids, Marilyn

Christmas with Grandpa, Clyde and Wenty!

Dear Vedder family,
Shocked and saddened to hear of Wenty's passing I feel the loss of his presence in the world. Although it's been over a decade since we spoke I thought of him often. Wenty I remember as an intelligent, serious man who also had a great dry sense of humor. He was a natural athlete who loved to play tennis and baseball in the spring. He frustrated his opponents because he always hit the ball harder and faster and usually won! Wenty was loyal and devoted to those he...

My deepest sympathies are with the Vedder family. I attended Law School with Wentworth, and remember him as a thoughtful and kind man. He brought much to the classes we shared. My prayers are with you.

Dear Vedder Family -
My deepest condolences to all of you at this very sad time.
I have very fond memories of all the Vedder "kids"... swimming and
hanging out at CCY... 4th of July parties...
Wenty was such a nice guy.... I am very sorry for your loss.

To all the Vedder family -- Peace be with you during this unimaginable loss. How grateful I am that I had the opportunity to hang out with Wenty and other Vedders during Katy's home fireworks on July 4th! It was a lovely, happy moment in time; for me, a coming full circle, chuckling about a few childhood crimes and misdemeanors occurring on the farm. I will treasure that peaceful moment as a special memory of Wenty. Know that you continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Carol, Williamson, Thomas, and Leah, we were so sorry to hear about Wentworth. We loved him alot and now he is in heaven watching over us all. There are no words that can help your pain at this time, I wish there were. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help at this time. We love you all so very much. You will be in our prayers as you always are.

Thinking of everyone at this sad time. I have many memories growing up and sharing good times in the Vedder house with all the family. Love to all from a far in New Zealand.Emily Parthemore daughter of Paula Martin
