Deepest sympathy to the family. I was secretary of the Osterhout during Mr. Simmers time on the Board. He was a gentleman and a wonderful President for the Osterhout Board of Directors. He will be missed.

I have known Wesley for 36 years , one of the most kind and caring person! We would talk every 2 weeks for hours. He told me so many stories relating to his growing up etc. I will definitely miss him with all my heart. Rest In Peace my Dear Friend
