Not sure what to say?

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed working with your dad at TFHS. He taught me many things including Rabbit, Rabbit. He also talked me into becoming a swim official because no one wanted to come up to Turners and I was right there. Eventually they did not want me to officiate my "own" team. I was so lucky to talk with your dad on Zoom during his pool dedication. The world was a better place because he was in it. I hope in time you can smile and remember all of the wonderful...

Mr Snapp is the reason I played softball for Coach Mullins ... he saw me long tossing a softball with Debbie Cyr in Mrs. Robinson´s gym class and encouraged me to try out for the softball team....lets just say that I needed more constructive activities in high school...he was instrumental in me starting to move in a more positive direction in life. Thank God for wonderful, caring teachers like Mr. Snapp!

Mr. Snapp was a great teacher, but an even better swim/life coach. Wes had a way of bringing out the best in all of his students and athletes. I learned more from him than any other person in my life. I will never forget the image of him standing in the big yellow swim bus stairwell smoking his pipe, chatting with the bus driver. Us swimmers gleefully destroying thousands of calories of McDonalds after a swim meet, Tasser eating 10 happy meals. If you were there, you remember. John...

Mr. Snapp was not only respected. He was revered by so many TFHS students. He had a gift for making students feel confident and inspired to appreciate the nuances of the English language. The TFHS Class of 1985 is deeply saddened by his passing.

Mr Snapp was such a great teacher. I remember how kind he was. Thoughts and prayers to the family
