As we shared when we saw you at Wilbur's Visitation last Thursday, the impact of Wilbur's life leaves behind an influence for good that touches the lives of many others. Wilbur's Christian witness will live forever as a blessing to this world! From our shared Army service to our last great visit together, Wilbur was the brother I never had, and I cherish the friendship we shared and will miss him tremendously, as will all who had the honor of knowing him! Aunt Merlene, Melanie, Jeff and extended family -- Sally and I were indeed saddened to hear of Uncle Wilbur's death. He was a kind and gentle man. Uncle Wilbur will be remembered as a man who treated us and our children as if we were his own. Our prayers are with you all during this time of grief. He is with his Lord.
