My step-father spoke of him often (his name was Paul Turcotte). I'm sending these condolences on his behalf because I know he would want me to (my step-father passed away in January). R.I.P. I worked with Will at Aetna for many many years in the training area. He was a gentleman and a very kind person who shepherded me through many rough waters. I appreciated everything about him. And he was a lot of fun!
