William Blatt Obituary

William F. Blatt 5/29/1927 - 6/1/2014 Beloved husband of Mavis. Son of Isidor and Clara Blatt. Devoted father of Karen, Pamela, David and Bill. Grandfather of Sean, Adi, Shani, Tamir and Ela. WWII Navy veteran. Born New York City and enjoyed retirement in Tucson. Attended New York University and University of Wisconsin-Madison. PhD in Biochemistry, Phi Beta Kappa. Renowned ultrafiltration scientist and inventor. Bill's medical devices and work on various medications saved countless lives and made a lasting difference. Graveside Service at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2014, East Lawn Palms Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor to the health charity of your choice. Arrangements by EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY.

My deepest Condolence to the Blatt Family, Bill was a very knowledgeable person. I just found out about his passing last week. I know he will be missed by many who knew him.
