I knew Bill since our youth and remember him so favorably. He had two very talented older sisters, Nancy and Betty. I had played golf with he and his son not long before the tragic accident that took his son's life. Bill was so proud of his son and they had such a close relationship. I know that was simply unbearable for him.
My sympathies to his family. He was a good man.
