Marianne I'm so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I met him in the late 60's playing basketball at the church at Seminary and Lill. His group had the court after mine and if they were short he would ask some of us to fill in. Later I played softball with him for Connelly's tap. I saw you and Bill at numerous DePaul basketball games. After moving to Arizona I would see you both on TV during games. Long after I met Bill I was going thru a grammar school scrapbook and found "a wish for graduates"...

Coach was the best mentor a new lawyer could have, and I am forever grateful for his guidance and friendship.

Bill will be remembered as the ultimate gentleman, a kindly and gentle Man, a friend to all, respectful of every person he ever met.

I had Mr Carsley for two classes at St.George HS Evanston .... He was the most informative and entertaining teachers I ever had the pleasure of knowing.... May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
