Not sure what to say?

Bill or Mr. Bill as we called him was one of the nicest people on the planet. He was so unassuming men I have ever known. May his memory be a blessing who those whoever knew him. Rest In Peace Mr. Bill.

Always with a twinkle in his eyes, he helped make DMV a better place to work with his humor, insight and his openness to new ideas.

Always thought Bill to be a loyal, hardworking employee. Also, friendly to all of his coworkers. He will be missed. My prayers are with his family at this sad time.

My deepest condolences to the Coyner family. I worked with Mr. Coyner at DMV for many many years, what a true gentlemen. Mr. Coyner had a great love for those grandchildren, because he often talked about them. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Very sorry for your loss. Mr. Coyner was a kind man. I will not forget him. RIP Mr. Coyner.

I considered Bill a DMV friend. He was the kindest, most industrious person I have ever known. If you asked him for anything, he would somehow get it done. Fond memories of ketchup on his scrambled eggs. What an accomplished and cherished life. Rest In Peace.
