Though I wasn't as close to Billy Joe as others, whenever we would spend time together including the last time, he always made me feel that he cared.

Very sad to hear this. Billy and I were good friends when we were both kids and I lived a few blocks from his house. Used to love to go over to his house and run around the neighborhood. Billy always seemed to get us in some sort of trouble. Will prayer for the repose of his soul and for comfort for his family and friends.
