William Cull Obituary
Funeral Services are 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, 809 Highland Ave., Carrollton. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.
Mr. Cull was born on April 25, 1965, in Carrollton, the son of the late William R. "Billy" Cull and Linda Marie (Wolfe) Cull. He was a bartender at Drifters Tavern in Carrollton for many years. He had a great love for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He had a great love for animals, especially his cats. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his sister, Sharon Shepherd, and her husband Mike of Lexington, Ky.; two nieces, Jennifer Shepherd of Turners Station, Ky., and Lisa Webster of Carrollton; six great-nieces and greatnephews.
His parents preceded him in death.

Billy Joe is still remembered and thought of by many including me. I'm still saddened after all these years how young he was when this happened. Though I wasn't as close to Billy Joe as others, whenever we would spend time together including the last time, he always made me feel that he cared.

Very sad to hear this. Billy and I were good friends when we were both kids and I lived a few blocks from his house. Used to love to go over to his house and run around the neighborhood. Billy always seemed to get us in some sort of trouble. Will prayer for the repose of his soul and for comfort for his family and friends.
