Deanna and children, we are so sorry to hear of your loss, Bill was such a good friend and supporter to us, we know you all will miss him. Remember, he's with both of his Fathers.

Sending warm thoughts and condolences to the Culp Family. I first met Bill in the early 80's when I was new to Charlotte and became a member of CIC (Community Issues Council). Spent many meetings with him and the group. Rest In Peace, Bill.

Remembering the good times: Basketball games(participants) and basketball games (spectators), parties, M.E.T.S. (inside knowledge), Music, Mountains, Memories. All the best to the generations.

Deena, I was so sorry to read of Bill´s death in today´s Observer. I can only imagine what he, you, and the rest of your family has gone through the past several years. Bill was so very fortunate to have you in his corner.

My condolences. I remember Bill as a pleasant, humorous gentleman.

So many wonderful memories, like being the only two parents yellow-carded at their daughters' soccer game.
