Not sure what to say?

may god bless you you were one of my dearest friends and contractors i will allways look too your memory for guidence in the tough days ahead

Rest in Peace Bill...

My memories of Bill fall back to when I was just a young girl. While I have endless memories, one thing that comes to mind are all the never ending hours they would spend on the phone.. countless I tell you! :-)....the barbeques, (drinks!)parties, etc. To me as a child, Bill had to of been "good people" because my dad didnt invest time with anyone unless that be the case. As an adult I grew to fully understand that Bill was one of my fathers closest and dearest friends. No matter what, Bill...

Bill Darrough improved the lives of many young Alexandria men as a Scout leader for many years at the Del Ray Methodist Church, Troop 139. My deepest sympathy to Bill's family. Bill was one of the best men I ever had the pleasure of knowing. His spirity lives on in the hearts and minds of those whose lives he touched.

Rest in Peace Bill. You were my grandfather's best friend and the person that introduced me into the BSA, the OA, and what it meant to be an Eagle Scout. God Speed Bill.

To the family of Mr. Darrough...I want to extend my most sincere condolences to you...I rmember Mr. Darrough as my scout master in the alte 1970s and now, even at the ripe young age of 48, I still respect him and refer to him as Mr. Darrough...He was a great scout master and he will be missed...

My deepest sympathy to your family.

Bill Darrough was one of the kindest, caring, fun-loving persons that I had the honor of knowing. He was a wonderful husband and father. I only wish I could have known him better. His daughter, Mary and my daughter, Tina became friends in elementary school. He and Phyllis always made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. My deepest sympathy to Bill's wonderful family. Sincerely, Cathy Schwab

The Lord has taken a good man to become an angel with wings. God speed Bill, you will be missed here on earth. But you left a legacy few men can match.
