Julie I did not know Billy passed away. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I met Billy over 7 years ago with Bobby, I loved his music and him. Always wanted to go out and see him sing with his band. What a great man person, friend you will be missed. Rest in piece Billy. I hope you and Bobby are singing together

Our Dad's Celebration of Life will be held on February 23rd at the Elks Lodge in Frederick from 1:30 to 4:00pm.

So sorry Julie, Bill was a fantastic bass player and a great guy. I loved listening to him in Popcorn at the Gold Dust. I still have all the recordings I made of the band. I have yet to find a band as good as they were. And that scream, I still don't know how he did it. I guess Marlin, Bill and my brother Steve are starting a new Popcorn band in Heaven. RIP Bill

My thoughts are with all of you. I rejoice in Bills life because he lived it his way and brought happiness to so many with his music.

A friend for many years, both in Maryland and South Carolina. We had many wonderful memories together over the years and will surely miss his musical talents and friendship, Rest in Peace Billy Dee.
