I have great memories of Bill and his family during time spent at their river cabin south of Gretna. At an early age Bill was never happier than when he had a rod or gun in his hand. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Judge Dillon was one of my favorite judges when I was a juvenile probation officer in Canyon County in the 1990's. He was thoughtful and concerned with the welfare of the kids who came before him. He will be very much missed.
