William "Bill" Dreyer

Bill was a truly kind, amazing, and inviting man. He sat behind me silently for more than a year at Holy Mass exchanging the sign of peace almost daily. When I finally introduced myself to him, I was astounded at what a wonderful, funny, and joyful man he was. I knew he was a devoted Catholic and Parishioner by his example of prioritizing attendance at Mass. We shared breakfasts together at BreadCo after Mass. Bill was so intelligent. A deep thinker and always willing to offer his insights...

Was a friend of Bill for a very long time. He was a very intense person but had a good sense of humor.

I am so sad to hear of Bills passing, as I just saw him at Mass recently. I met Bill during the Covid shutdown, as we would gather with others and say the Rosary during that time, and I loved his stories! What a gem of a guy. He talked so lovingly about his children and grandchildren, and experiences back in the day. I am certainly going to miss him at SCL weekday Masses. May God have mercy on his Soul and grant him eternal rest.
