Bill and Winnie, so sorry to hear of your Dads passing, may he rest in peace. Paul & Lorna Sweeney

Sincere sympathy to Bill's family on his passing. I have such happy memories of the many years that I have known Bill and his family through St. Emydius and Riordan High School in San Francisco and subsequent to that. Good times for sure. May Bill rest in peace and God bless him and his family.

Dear Duggan family- Thank you for your Father's service to others. He helped my family through numerous sad times. May he rest in peace

Sincere sympathy to Bill's family on his passing. I have such happy memories of the month in 1984 I spent in San Francisco with the Duggan family and subsequently to that, the time spent with Bill and Pat on their trip to Waterford, Ireland . May Bill rest in peace.

Bill and Winnie, So sorry to hear of your Dads passing. Sending you both lots of love. X Paddy Cullen

Bill buried both of my parents, (ginnie's), but it was his sympathy and caring for our whole family that stood out for all of us, and his kindness at a time of great sorrow. We send our prayers and condolences to his family, and to all who had the benefit of having Bill in their lives, in whatever capacity that was. Joe and Ginnie

Our condolences to the Duggan family on the passing of Bill. Bill was one of the good guys who helped out our family in our various times of need. I always enjoyed talking with Bill at the various events we attended, Godspeed my friend. Mike Puccinelli and Julie O'Brien

Our sincere condolences on the passing of Bill. It was with great pleasure that Bill accepted the nomination for Grand Marshal of the 2015 St. Patrick´s Day Parade Season. Bill attended all of our events humbly and it was an absolute joy to be with him at all of those events! He will be missed!! The United Irish Societies of San Francisco

Duggan's Mortuary had several Limos. Bill drove the limo for our wedding and for many other weddings. For many years Bill never missed a wedding reception. We will remember Bill and his family in our prayers.
