Mr. Bill, as I called him, started as an acquaintance, one of those “every 3 months or 3,000 miles” acquaintances. But over the decades I interacted with him, we became more than acquaintances, even friends, I think. It was always fun to walk into the shop and chit-chat with him, beyond the car things. He was honest, trustworthy and loyal (maybe to a fault). In recent years when the shop was suffering, I trusted him and he me, so we continued our visits knowing that he stood behind his word...

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Bill for many years. Bill was always so good to us and took great care of our cars. We are so sorry to hear about Bill’s passing. We can only imagine what a shock this was to his family and friends. Our condolences to all of you. He will be missed.

Wow. I dont even know where to begin, Bill was such an incredibly special man that I could go on and on with memories. Bill was a caring, honest, and fair man. No matter what time of day or what was going on, he would always do his best to help whoever was in need. I had the gift of having him as my boss TWICE! He taught me everything I know about cars. But he was more then just a boss, he was a friend and a father figure. I learned so much from him and am so grateful for all he taught me....
