To Bill's family, I'm sorry that I just learned of Billy's passing. I attended St. Elizabeth's elementary school with Bill in the early 1970s and we spent a fair amount of time together. I taught me a lot about sports, especially basketball which we often played for hours in his backyard. Later in life, I would make sales calls to his business in West Allentown and am now greatly saddened to hear of his passing. He was a good man with a sunny attitude and I always enjoyed being around...

I just learned today that Billy passed away. I was at my nieces wedding shower and spoke with an alum from ACCHS. I am so sorry for your loss and pray that your family find peace in his memories. Bill had enough charm and character to light up a whole city but made you feel like you were the only one in the room when he spoke with you.
