Not sure what to say?

I worked with Bill here in Olean for many years and have fond memories of his smile and great sense of humor. My heartfelt condolences to your family.

Pam,

I was very sorry to learn of your dad's passing. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

God must have needed another Angel.

To the Fichtner family
In my many years in the food business I have met very few people whom I have never heard a bad word spoken about, at one time or another. Bill was one of the special people whom was loved from both sides of the desk. He was a mentor of mine and will be forever remembered.
God bless you all in this time of need bob dobson

Dear Jerry, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have missed dearly seeing you and Bill at the mall. I only heard the news today and am truly sorry I missed the wake. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this very sad time. I will miss Bill's smiling face and wonderful conversation. He reminded me so of my own Dad. He will be missed. God Bless.
