Not sure what to say?

One of the most influential people I knew in Windsor Locks that enabled me to be Executive Director of the Windsor Locks Housing Authoiry and Clerk of the Bd. of Finance in Town for years. Bill was such a likeable person and i am glad I knew him.

Kevin, so sorry for your loss! Thoughts and prayers to you and your family!

To Lise and Family, Please accept our condolences for your loss of Bill. We have many fond memories of the times we spent with you and Bill during your time in Avon. Time with Bill was always rewarding whether for his thoughtful conversations or his sense of humor. Jane & Tom Covey

A wonderful man - full of wit and wisdom. My deepest sympathy to Lise and all the family.

Kevin so sorry for your loss

When I was 9 years we had Lise&Bill on visit and I was coming home from school and only Bill was home. My english wasn’t the best, but I managed to tell Bill that the Chicage Bull basketball cap he had bought for me earlier was gone. After Lise&Bill returned home to the US a new Chicage Bull cap arrived in our mailbox. This is my first memory of Uncle Bill and a good one. I shared this with Bill in March 2018 just after below picture was taken.

Line met Uncle Bill first time in...

I worked for Bill at Dexters and knew Lise also. Bill was responsible for my working career as Executive Director of the Windsor Locks Housing Authority and for many years as Secretary to the Windsor Locks Bd. of Finance. I have always appreciated what he did that helped me during my working years and often thought of him and wondered how he was. I am so sorry that he is no longer with us and I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My deep condolences to his family at this...

Bill was our WONDERFUL next door neighbor in Avon Ct. until the move to Fl. He & Lise were good friends & have been missed to this day!!! We had a lovely visit with Bill in Naples Fl. A few yrs. back...May God bless a wonderful man...Rest in Peace Bill.... . XOXO. Diane & Michael Drabin

Dear Lise and Family:
Bill and I grew up only 3 houses away from each other.
He was the big kid on my block and he was my idol.
I road many miles in his 1939 chevy.
Good times and good memories
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult times.
Sincerely, Paul Lodola
